Our 6 Week Beginners Yoga Course runs on Tuesday evenings at 7.45pm for one hour. 

There are 20 places available on each course. The course cost of £40 covers all six classes. Please note that there is no refund if you cannot attend a class date.

What do you need to bring to class?
Yoga mats will be provided although you are welcome to bring your own.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and be ready to practice in bare feet.
Bring a warm jumper or blanket for the final relaxation and a bottle of water.

Who is the teacher?
The class is taught by Elaine Baker, an experienced local teacher of Hatha Yoga.
