There are 20 places available on each course.
The course cost of £40 covers all six classes.
Please note that there is no refund if you cannot attend a class date.
What do you need to bring to class?
Yoga mats will be provided although you are welcome to bring your own.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and be ready to practice in bare feet or socks.
Bring a warm jumper and a bottle of water.
Who is the teacher?
The class is taught by Lizzie Allen, an experienced local teacher of Pilates.

Why learn pilates?
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes.
Practitioners say regular pilates practise can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.
